Steps = I have all my life been an Irish step dancer, old style freestyle dancer that has had the great opportunity to have toured the world in an Irish dance spectacular showcasing Traditional Irish music and dance.

Back = Time travelling back in time tour that uncovers so many timelines of history from the locality.

Thru = As a former Architectural Technologist in Ireland from 1997 to 2009 (Construction crash), I often used the term “Thru” in my design work specifications.
i.e. 75x100mm timber wallplate was anchor bolted thru the 6mm galvinsied baseplate.

Time = Length of 2 to 3 hours to complete the 5km looped route in an unrushed manner. Without any stops for stories the average adult will complete the 5km route in 55mins approx.
